Chocolate Layers
  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips Choose chips labeled 60–70% cacao for best flavor.
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips Look for chips with real cocoa butter for better melt.
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips High-quality chips are recommended for a better texture.
Toppings
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Use fresh mini marshmallows for the best texture.
  • optional sprinkles For decoration, add sprinkles while chocolate is still tacky.

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it lays flat with overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate chips and pour over the dark layer, spreading evenly.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the milk chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows across the top and add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  8. Once set, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Ensure chocolate layers are not too hot when adding marshmallows to prevent sinking. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
