Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and add the shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract. Fold everything until evenly mixed.
  2. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Rolling
  1. Scoop out roughly a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a compact ball in your palms.
  2. Optionally, roll the balls in powdered sugar or other toppings like coconut or cocoa powder.
Chilling
  1. Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

These snowballs make a great make-ahead treat for parties or gifts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
