  • 1 bag Pretzel sticks Choose thin, uniform sticks for stability.
  • 1 bag Mini pretzel twists Sturdy and slightly open in the center.
  • 1 bag ROLO candies Choose wrapped ROLOs for best results.
  • 1 bag Green mint M&M candies (peanut or plain) Adds a crunchy and minty topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay pretzel sticks out in rows, evenly spaced for multiple shamrocks.
  3. Lay three mini pretzel twists around the top of each stick to form a shamrock shape.
  4. Place a ROLO candy in the center of the shamrock where the pretzels meet.
  5. Bake at 300°F for 2 minutes until ROLOs are softened but not melted.
  6. Press a green M&M into the center of each ROLO immediately after removing from the oven.
  7. Freeze for 30–45 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.
