Preparation
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay pretzel sticks out in rows, evenly spaced for multiple shamrocks.
- Lay three mini pretzel twists around the top of each stick to form a shamrock shape.
- Place a ROLO candy in the center of the shamrock where the pretzels meet.
- Bake at 300°F for 2 minutes until ROLOs are softened but not melted.
- Press a green M&M into the center of each ROLO immediately after removing from the oven.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes to set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before serving.
