Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, then stir until a rough dough forms, ensuring no large dry patches remain.
  3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gently punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into a ball, then dip each ball in the melted butter mixed with garlic and rosemary.
  4. Arrange the balls in a greased baking pan, allowing for expansion.
  5. Cover loosely and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer reads 190-200°F.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
