  • ½ medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed Choose a ripe cantaloupe for best flavor.
  • ¾ cup whole milk, or dairy-free alternative For a lighter option, use oat or almond milk.
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or honey to taste Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of the cantaloupe.

Preparation
  1. Choose a ripe cantaloupe, peel it, remove the seeds, and cut it into roughly 1-inch cubes. Chill the cubed melon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Place the chilled cantaloupe cubes into a blender, add ¾ cup of whole milk (or chosen dairy-free milk), and a tablespoon of white sugar or honey to taste.
Blending
  1. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until uniform and no fruit chunks remain. Pause to check texture and scrape the sides if needed.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and drink immediately for the best texture and aroma.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking. For freezing, pour into freezer-safe containers and freeze for up to 2 months.
