Preparation
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottoms of individual serving cups.
Assembly
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust, smoothing the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, add Easter-themed decorations on top.
Notes
