Graham Crust
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Fine crumbs ensure a good base.
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Binds the crumbs together.
Decorations
  • Easter-themed decorations (e.g., chocolate eggs, sprinkles) Add for festive touch before serving.

Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  6. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottoms of individual serving cups.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust, smoothing the tops.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  3. Before serving, add Easter-themed decorations on top.

Notes
