Preparation
- Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
- Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate into an even layer on the parchment.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.
- Pour and spread the white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
- Sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Let the bark cool completely until hard.
- Break into irregular pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Bark can be kept for up to 2 weeks. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
