Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Use chocolate with at least 50–55% cocoa for better snap.
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips High-quality chips prevent graininess.
Mix-ins and Toppings
  • 1.5 cups crushed Oreo cookies (Mint or Double Stuf) Fresh cookies provide the best texture.
  • 0.5 cups green M&M’s Can substitute with chopped peppermint candies.
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles Use for festive decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate into an even layer on the parchment.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.
  6. Pour and spread the white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
  7. Sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
  8. Let the bark cool completely until hard.
  9. Break into irregular pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Bark can be kept for up to 2 weeks. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
