  • 2 cups green grapes (seedless preferred) Choose firm, unbruised grapes with a bright green color.
  • 2 cups fresh kale, stems removed Use curly or lacinato kale with crisp leaves.
  • 1 cup ice cubes Use fresh, clear ice for the best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Add the green grapes to the blender container first.
  2. Layer the fresh kale on top of the grapes.
  3. Add the ice cubes last to help weigh down the greens.
  4. Start the blender on low speed, then quickly increase to high.
  5. Blend for 45-60 seconds or until no visible flecks of kale remain.

Notes

For a thicker drink, reduce ice or add a few frozen grapes. For thinner, add cold water or a splash of coconut water. Drink immediately for the best color and nutrient profile.
