- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Assembly
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and smooth it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
Serving
- Once set, cut into bars and serve topped with extra strawberries.
Notes
