Preparation
- Powder the freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until fine. Mix this with powdered sugar.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Coating
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the Chex cereal until coated.
- Place the coated cereal in a freezer bag with the strawberry powder mixture and toss gently.
Setting
- Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For best texture, refrigerate if the environment is warm.
