Preparation
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until fully liquid and just starting to foam.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into egg shapes or press it into a greased pan.
  5. Let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

Keep the heat low when melting marshmallows to avoid gritty texture. Store treats in an airtight container to maintain texture.
