Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange pretzels on the lined baking sheet in a single layer with space between each pretzel.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts and stir until smooth.
- Ensure the melted chocolate is shiny and completely melted.
Dipping and Decorating
- Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Place back on the parchment and while the chocolate is still soft, add candy eyes and other decorations.
Setting
- Allow the treats to set until the chocolate hardens completely, about 15-30 minutes at room temperature or 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve the treats on a platter or in treat bags.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for 1–2 months. To thaw, place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
