  • 2 cups pretzels (small knot or twist) Provide a crunchy, salty base.
  • 1 cup chocolate (white or milk, for melting) Use good-quality baking chocolate for smooth coverage.
  • 1 cup candy eyes Essential for creating bunny faces.
  • 1/2 cup coconut (shredded, optional) Adds texture and appearance of fur.
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles (optional) For additional decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange pretzels on the lined baking sheet in a single layer with space between each pretzel.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts and stir until smooth.
  2. Ensure the melted chocolate is shiny and completely melted.
Dipping and Decorating
  1. Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  2. Place back on the parchment and while the chocolate is still soft, add candy eyes and other decorations.
Setting
  1. Allow the treats to set until the chocolate hardens completely, about 15-30 minutes at room temperature or 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Serve the treats on a platter or in treat bags.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for 1–2 months. To thaw, place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
