  • 9 ounces Circus Animal Cookies Provides vanilla flavor and a crunchy contrast.
  • 10 ounces Mini marshmallows The glue and chew; use fresh for best results.
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal Provides airiness and snap; use plain for classic texture.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter For richness and smooth melting.
  • 3 tablespoons Multi-colored nonpareils For decoration.
  • 3 tablespoons Colored sprinkles For decoration.
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips For drizzling.
  • 1–2 drops Red food coloring For pink drizzle.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Heavy cream (optional) For a silkier drizzle.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pulse Circus Animal Cookies in a food processor until they’re a mix of fine crumbs and small pieces; reserve 1/2 cup of those pieces.
Melting
  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the unsalted butter first, then add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
Mixing
  1. Remove the pot from the heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, the pulsed cookie crumbs (except the reserved 1/2 cup), and 2 tablespoons of both multi-colored nonpareils and colored sprinkles. Mix until evenly coated.
Setting
  1. Gently press the mixture into the prepared pan using a greased silicone spatula.
  2. Sprinkle the reserved cookie pieces across the top.
Drizzling
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in two microwave-safe bowls and add heavy cream if desired.
  2. Drizzle plain white chocolate in one direction and pink chocolate in the opposite direction.
  3. Let cool until set.

Notes

Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze individually for up to 2 months. Allow to thaw before serving. For variations, consider chocolate lover’s version or gluten-free substitutes.
