Ingredients
  

Cluster Base
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Use full-fat or 2% for creaminess.
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries Fresh strawberries preferred; drain frozen berries.
  • 1 tbsp honey Can substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Look for high-quality chips for best results.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Refined coconut oil recommended for a neutral flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop the yogurt mixture into clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 2 tbsp each.
Freezing
  1. Freeze the yogurt clusters for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
  2. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Dipping
  1. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate to coat fully, then return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  2. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt before the chocolate sets.
Final Freezing
  1. Place the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Keep clusters frozen until serving. Can be customized with different fruits or yogurts.
