Preparation
- Make sure cherries are pitted and mango is diced into small chunks.
- If using frozen fruit, let mango sit at room temperature for a minute.
Blending
- Pour the cup of water into the base of the blender first.
- Layer the pitted cherries and chopped mango on top of the water, then add the ice cubes.
- Start the blender on low speed, gradually increasing to high.
- Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
Serving
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best texture.
- If separation occurs, shake or stir briefly before drinking.
Notes
For a creamier drink, swap half the water for coconut milk. Keep at least one frozen ingredient for optimal frosty texture.
